I enjoy converting skeptical stakeholders into UX research evangelists. I've worked with many stakeholders who were either burned by UX researchers in the past or were hostile to the UX research process. By collaborating, deeply caring, and providing transparency to my research process I have converted those stakeholders into UX research evangelists.
